During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top self-therapy and journaling apps on Android in Russia exhibited diverse trends in downloads and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

Daylio Journal - Mood Tracker saw fluctuating download numbers, starting at 2.3K in late September and ending at 1.5K by the end of December. Weekly active users demonstrated more stability, beginning at 52.7K and peaking at around 57.4K in early November before settling at 53.4K by the end of the quarter.

I am - Daily affirmations had a steady decline in downloads from 940 in late September to 483 by the end of December. Correspondingly, weekly active users decreased from 5.3K to 3.8K over the same period.
